“If you’re in need of a physical therapist, I highly recommend Conrad Young. I’ve seen him for everything from acute injuries to body imbalances. My pain is always met with expert hands and skill. His knowledge of musculature and the skeletal system is comprehensive. Conrad’s seen pretty much everything, so no issues stump him. On top of his skill, I love his warm and caring demeanor (and humor), just what I need when I’m frustrated and want to get back to living an active life

“"Magician" - this is the word someone used once to describe Conrad, and they couldn't be more correct. Conrad is incredibly skilled when it comes to your aches and pains. He's treated me on a few occasions, and every time, his diagnoses and recommended treatments were spot on. One of the things I respect most about Conrad are his explanations for what's happening, the likely cause, and the recommended treatment options. Conrad recommends long term healing, not just relief the day of (to have the pain return soon after). The best part is that I haven't had any repeat injuries when I've followed Conrad's recommendations. What's incredible about Conrad is that he is an athlete himself, so he knows exactly what my body goes through. If you are experiencing any type of pain and are looking for relief, do yourself (and your body) a favor by going to see Conrad. My wife and my son have used him as well. If you are experiencing pain, you will not regret seeing Conrad."

"My husband and I met Conrad about 20 years ago when we went Physical Therapy prescribed by our doctors. We worked with Conrad and found him to be our preferred therapist. Now my husband and I have moved to a condo in Los Altos where we have access to a Gym to work out. We are working there with Conrad on an individual basis . We are impressed with his knowledge of the body and what exercises are best for you as you age especially as far as balance goes. We feel very lucky to have him as our Physical Therapist”

"Conrad is a compassionate and extremely knowledgeable physical therapist. He assesses your current issues, performs manual therapy and recommends exercises you can do at home to reinforce what you learn at your appointment. He has decades of experience treating both serious athletes and patients who want to improve their daily function and mobility. Conrad is a very accomplished triathlete, and brings to the table a clear understanding of the demands many of us put on our bodies. He is funny, kind, and has a great personality! I highly recommend Conrad".

"I first came to see Conrad for a lower back pain after a workout injury. From the very first visit, he made me feel heard and understood. His assessment was thorough - he didn't rush, took time to evaluate my posture / movements, and explained what was going on. Sessions combined hands-on therapy, targeted exercises to build strength to prevent future injury and progress tracking. After a few sessions, I noticed real improvements. What sets Conrad apart is how he explains what is going on and what is needed to help fix the problem for the long term. Over the years, I have seen Conrad for a few different injuries, and each time he is able to diagnose and fix the issue. He is warm, caring and truly wants to help get you back to a healthy active lifestyle. Our family trusts Conrad for all things PT! Thanks Conrad for taking care of us and treating us like family."

"I have been a a patient of Conrad's for well over 10 years. The depth of his knowledge never ceases to amaze me. Conrad has a great bedside manner while getting you to do what he needs you to do exactly how it should be done. Through rehabbing from spinal fusion to SLAP tear shoulder surgery, his to programming to get me back into all my activities has been impressive. He is a very intuitive diagnostician and I know if I come in with a tweak, Conrad will know what needs to be done. His depth of knowledge and passion for his craft is unparalleled and this is why I wholeheartedly recommend him and continue to come back."
