Conrad Young was born in New Zealand, graduated from Auckland University of Technology, and licensed through the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board and the Physical Therapy Board of CA.

Conrad has continued several post graduate years, training in Norwegian Physical Therapy Techniques from several Long Term courses, including the Folsom Physical Therapy Long Term and the Ola Grimsby Institute Long Term Courses. He has taken extensive coursework in McKenzie Spinal Assessment & Treatment, Norwegian Manual Therapy, Mulligan Manual Therapy, Active Release Technique courses and continues to search out varying Physical Therapy Continuing Education courses. Additionally, he has lectured in the Kaiser Advanced Orthopedic Residency and was a faculty member of the Auckland University of Technology.
He is certified and specializes in the “Whole Body” Active Release Techniques (ART). He enjoys using his advanced skills and knowledge with an emphasis on bio-mechanical rehabilitation to assist clients to return or regain an active lifestyle.
Conrad Young, PT, brings you over 30 years of experience and a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal physical function. Graduating with his degree in New Zealand, he has continued his post graduate schooling for over a decade of specializing in manual therapy skills from Norwegian, New Zealand, Australian and American Techniques.

Raced in Multi Sport racing reaching the levels of qualifying for World Championship levels in ITU (World Triathlon), Half Ironman and Full Ironman (Kona) Distances
Being an active participant in multi-sports, he has the experience to assist from in levels of physical activities to competition level.
Conrad has treated clients from all walks of life from folks with limited activity levels to Professional Athletes
Conrad finds enjoyment in all gains that his clients achieve.
In his free time, he trains and competes in Triathlons (from short course to Ironman distances), Running and Cycling events. He is an avid apiculturist, loves SCUBA diving, is a foodie, active gardener, volunteers with multiple sporting/community events and participate in main local community activities
He is also serving as Vice President to the Palo Alto Run Club
